    Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician

    HNI Healthcare and Doctor's Hospital of Laredo are currently seeking a full-time BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join the Hospitalist Team at Doctors Hospital. Practicing and graduating residents in 2025 are encouraged to apply.

    Job Description

    • 183-bed Level III Trauma Center
    • 24-bed Open ICU
    • No procedures, no codes
    • Flexible block scheduling 7 on/7 off (7a-7p)
    • 4 physicians rounding daily; 1 physician rounding nights
    • Excellent compensation and benefits package offered

    Requirements

    • Preference for real-time, data-driven clinical decision-making
    • Board certified or board eligible Internal Medicine MD or DO
    • Current, unrestricted Texas license to practice
    • Current, unrestricted federal and as needed state prescriptive authority
