Kaizen Clinical Partners, a large multi-specialty primary care group in the Rio Grande Valley, is currently seeking a BE/BC Psychiatrist to join their expanding clinical care group. Practicing and graduating residents to be considered. Excellent opportunity for J1 visa sponsorship.

Comprised of several primary care office locations across the Rio Grande Valley, the group provides a strong culture of value-based care to their patients and families.

Job Description

• Integrated Behavioral Health
• Outpatient Medicine in state-of-the-art clinics
• Office based, no hospital rounding
• Monday to Friday; 8 am to 5 pm
• Established patient load of 18-20 patients daily
• Adult patient demographic
• 75th percentile compensation expectation
• Spanish speaking preferred
