Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Join our team as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in a part-time role with variable shifts, including day shifts and rotation through PET CT. This position includes Saturday rotation, on-call duties, and holiday coverage.

Job Description

• Operate gamma cameras and computers.
• Perform diagnostic studies on a variety of gamma cameras and computer systems.
• Operate equipment without assistance; exercise independent judgment, performing procedures of high quality and with a high degree of proficiency and technical skills.
• Report equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Clean equipment daily to meet infection control standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charges.
• Request assistance in complex situations.

Requirements

• Florida CRT license is required.
• ARRT or NMTCB certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduate from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Program.
