Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Join our team as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in a part-time role with variable shifts, including day shifts and rotation through PET CT. This position includes Saturday rotation, on-call duties, and holiday coverage.
Job Description
- Operate gamma cameras and computers.
- Perform diagnostic studies on a variety of gamma cameras and computer systems.
- Operate equipment without assistance; exercise independent judgment, performing procedures of high quality and with a high degree of proficiency and technical skills.
- Report equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Clean equipment daily to meet infection control standards.
- Maintain accurate patient records and charges.
- Request assistance in complex situations.
Requirements
- Florida CRT license is required.
- ARRT or NMTCB certification is required.
- BLS certification is required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Graduate from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Program.
