We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Physiatrist to join a physician-led group specializing in post-acute care within skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and short-term rehab. This role is ideal for physicians who want to focus on functional recovery, patient education, and responsible pain management.

Job Description

• Clinical focus on joint injections, trigger points, medication management, and patient education with an emphasis on opioid reduction.
• Workflow involves seeing patients per day with 10-15 minute appointments typically across 2-4 sites per week (no more than 2 sites per day, 3-4 hours per site). Documentation is supported by scribes and EHR tools (Care Cloud, Dragon).
• Flexible schedule of 3-5 days per week; no nights, weekends, or call.
• Compensation is based on a production model with expected earnings of $300K-$400K; benefits include 4 weeks PTO, CME allowance, health coverage, 401K, and company-provided tech.
