Seeking an IM/FP or Geriatric Physician to work in a post-acute care unit in Suffolk County, NY. Just 50 miles to NYC mid-island in Suffolk County, NY, close to Smithtown.

Job Description

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM with phone call only
• Work with a team of healthcare professionals in a post-acute care facility
• Facility offers long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, and more
• Top compensation will be a combination of salary and incentive bonus plus benefits
