Compensation

• Base salary (never ends) plus production bonus
• $315,000+ potential
• Up to $60,000 commencement, relocation, loan, and quality bonus
• Up to $45,000 additional income for mid-level oversight per year
• Up to $12,000 additional income for wellness bonus per year
• $3,000 CME and licensure per year
