• Busy Day 1 - Inherit retiring ENT volume
• General bread and butter ENT
• 4-day work week and 6 weeks vacation

Compensation

• $550,000 - $617,000 base salary guarantee plus productivity
• $780,000+ potential with no cap
• Up to $114,000 signing/commencement and relocation
• Up to $41,000 per year quality bonus
• Additional $10,000 per year APP oversight
• Full benefits, retirement, CME, paid malpractice, and tail
