Job Description

• Busy Day 1 - Inherit retiring ENT volume
• General bread and butter ENT
• 4-day work week and 6 weeks of vacation
• 90th+ percentile income potential
• Audiology within the practice
• 92% community and patient retention
• 1:3 call and get paid extra for additional call
• 60-minute call radius and hospital call-house
• Hallmark community or lakefront living
• 20 minutes from metro and 1 hour from Lake Michigan or skiing
• Board certified or eligible required

Compensation

• $550,000 - $617,000 base salary guarantee plus productivity
• $780,000+ potential with no cap
• Up to $114,000 signing/commencement and relocation
• Up to $41,000 per year quality bonus
• Additional $10,000 per year APP oversight
• Full benefits, retirement, CME, paid malpractice, and tail coverage
