Job Description

• da Vinci Xi Robot available but not required
• Hospital employed with autonomy and growth
• Rebuilding a once robust urology service line
• Busy day 1 with full-day surgery blocks
• Good patient panel and payor mix
• Dedicated cystoscopy room
• Top-tier surgical team and RNP in clinic
• Board certified or eligible required
• Live in Knoxville or the suburbs

Compensation Package

• $550,000+ base salary plus production with no cap
• Up to $90,000 commencement, relocation, loan, and quality bonus
• Additional $15,000 income for mid-level oversight
• Additional $5,000 for CME and licensure
• 1:3 call and paid for additional call (if desired)
• Resident stipend available
• Full benefits, retirement, malpractice, and tail coverage
• No state income tax and low property taxes
