    Job Description

    • Full-Time (MD/DO)
    • Specialty: Internal Medicine/Family Medicine
    • H1-B eligible, CAP exempt (We've got you covered!)

    • Lead in a 15-bed ICU with a supportive, collaborative team
    • Procedures required, but no intubations—just patient care and your expertise
    • Manage ICU admissions and take ownership of patient care
    • 12-hour shifts to give you the time and focus to really care for patients
    • Work with EPIC for easy documentation and seamless workflows
    • Collaborate with APPs and other physicians to provide comprehensive care
    • Subspecialty backup on campus or at the main campus

    Physical Demands

    This physician/APP role requires stamina in fast-paced healthcare: prolonged standing/walking (8-12 hrs/shift); rapid emergency movement (sprints, crowds); lifting/carrying 25-50 lbs equipment; pushing/pulling 100 lbs (beds/carts) with aid; frequent bending/stooping/kneeling for care; constant reaching/fine motor skills (suturing/IVs); occasional climbing/balancing; tolerating stressors (temps, noise, fluids, hazards) during irregular shifts/on-call/infection risks accommodations for disabilities; varies by setting (clinic/ER).
