Job Description

• Full-time equivalent (FTE) position with PRN opportunities
• Day shift, 10-hour shifts with potential night call rotations
• Schedule of 17 shifts per month
• Collaborate with 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) during the day shift; 1 APP during day and 1 APP during mid-shift

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Experience in hospital medicine preferred

Community Overview

The hospital is a 139-bed facility with an ICU that has 8 beds, Trauma Level 3, and Tele-Critical Care (tele-CC) support available. The average census is approximately 50 patients per day. Specialty support includes 24/7 availability of Cardiology, Urology, Surgery, Trauma Surgery, and Orthopedics, along with ICU coverage with tele-CC support and in-house specialists for critical care cases.
