Job Description

• Inpatient Psychiatry specializing in Geropsychiatry, you will take on the responsibility of independently managing a caseload of geriatric patients aged 65 and older.
• Your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional psychiatric care within a specialized Geropsych environment.
• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and treat daily patients.
• Create personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of elderly patients.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Board certification in Psychiatry, with a preference for specialization in Geriatric Psychiatry.
• Demonstrated experience in a geriatric or inpatient psychiatric setting.

Schedule/Details

• Full-time, Monday to Friday.
• No nights or weekend duties.
• APP support available.
• Flexible hours.
• Looking for full-time but open to PRN availability as well.
