Job Description

• Provide primary care services, including admissions, assessments, and treatments to residents in long-term care communities.

Requirements

• Pennsylvania Physician License
• Understanding of nursing homes and long-term care communities

• Salary range of $250,000 - $300,000, with the ability to make up to $74,000 additionally in yearly bonuses based on productivity and willingness to work more hours
