Pediatric Infectious Diseases Faculty Member

The UCSF Fresno Medical Education Program and Inspire Health Medical Group are currently recruiting for Pediatric Infectious Diseases faculty members at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor rank. UCSF Fresno is a regional UCSF campus, and the candidate will hold a faculty appointment with and be part of the UCSF Pediatrics Department in San Francisco. The responsibilities include teaching medical students and residents, leading pediatric Antibiotic Stewardship (AS) and Infection Control (IC) programs at a large Regional Medical Center, and providing specialty care to patients on both teaching and non-teaching services. Academic rank and salary will be consistent with the successful candidate's professional background.

Requirements

• Completed a residency in Pediatrics
• Subspecialty training in Pediatric Infectious Diseases
• Training or experience in Antibiotic Stewardship (AS) and/or Infection Control (IC)
• Board certified in Pediatrics
• Board certified/board eligible in Pediatric Infectious Diseases
• Hold a California Medical license or be eligible to obtain one

Benefits

• Salary range: $210,000 - $265,000 annually
• Actual compensation may be adjusted for experience, training, hospital/community need, and other factors
