Job Description

• 250K base plus productivity bonus based on RVUs and experience
• J1 Waiver candidates may also apply
• BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Full-time permanent position
• Hybrid inpatient at hospital and skilled nursing facility
• Monday through Friday 40-hour schedule
• No weekends
• No nights
• No phone call - Nurse Practitioner will take call
• To see 22 patients per day
• RVU bonus above 22 patients - each additional patient is paid based on the RVU-based payment model. The amount per patient increases with the level of care patient needs.
• Sign-on bonus
• Relocation assistance, PTO 3 weeks, 1 week of CME plus $1,500.00 per year
• Malpractice, health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), 401k with a 3 percent match (candidate will qualify to participate starting 2nd month of their employment), long-term disability insurance, term life insurance.
