Job Description

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. no nights or weekends
• Low patient volume: Average of just 12-14 patients per day to ensure quality time and care
• Team-based care: Work alongside NPs/PAs, MAs, social workers, pharmacists, and referral support

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited program
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• Current and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain a license in the state of practice
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required
