Primary Care Physician

Job Description

• Enjoy a predictable Monday-Friday schedule with an 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM workday and no nights or weekends.
• See an average of just 10-12 patients per day, allowing for quality-focused, relationship-driven care.
• A 4-week Physician Learning Journey ensures you feel supported from day one.
• Work alongside NPs/PAs, MAs, social workers, pharmacists, lab services, and specialist referral support to enhance patient outcomes.
• First-year earnings of $300K+ (higher for experienced physicians).

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited program.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Active or eligible for a medical license in TN.
