Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) - Outpatient ENT Clinic

A hospital-employed ENT (Otolaryngology) clinic in Northwest Arkansas is seeking a full-time NP or PA to join a busy, established outpatient practice.

Job Description

• 100% outpatient ENT clinic
• Monday-Friday schedule
• No weekends, no call
• Strong physician support and experienced clinical staff
• Evaluate and manage patients with ENT conditions in an outpatient setting
• Perform follow-up visits, routine ENT care, and patient education
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
• Document care in the EMR and coordinate referrals as needed

Requirements

• Licensed NP or PA
• Board certified or eligible
• ENT, primary care, or surgical specialty experience preferred (training available)

Benefits

• Salary range: $115,000 - $160,000
