Job Description

• Projected annual salary: $264,121
• Shift requirements: Minimum of 182 shifts per year
• Bonus potential:
  • Shift pay: $1,451 per shift
  • Productivity compensation
  • Value-based incentive compensation: Up to 10% of annual compensation based on four performance components

• CME allowance: $4,000 annually (can roll over to a maximum of $8,000)

Requirements

• MD/DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
• Eligible for medical licensure in Montana
