A facility near Manitowoc, Wisconsin, is seeking a Family Practice Physician to serve as their Medical Director.

Job Description

• Full-time or part-time permanent role available
• Clinic operates Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling options
• Provide leadership in delivering high-quality ambulatory and primary care services, ensuring each patient receives comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment
• Guide and support a multidisciplinary medical team, fostering collaboration and professional growth among clinical staff
• Establish and maintain evidence-based clinical protocols and care standards to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency
• Monitor and assess clinical performance through audits, data review, and continuous improvement initiatives to uphold the highest standards of care

Requirements

• Must hold an active Wisconsin medical license (MD or DO)
• Board certification or eligibility in a Primary Care specialty
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Demonstrated experience in quality management, utilization review, and process improvement
