A community clinic south of Fremont, CA is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join their team.

Job Description

• Full-time, direct-hire position
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• LCSW will report to the Counseling Director

Responsibilities

• The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will oversee case management by developing treatment plans and connecting clients with resources
• The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) works alongside psychiatrists, physicians, and other medical professionals to ensure clients receive the services they need
• Help clients understand their strengths and areas for growth

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work or related fields
• LCSW in CA Required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
