An established hospital located near Longview, TX, is seeking a full-time, permanent Physical Therapist to join their team!

Job Description

• Full-time, permanent position
• Schedule: M-F, 8 AM - 4:30 PM
• Setting: inpatient
• Rotating weekends
• $10,000 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities to determine care needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the patient, family, and care team.
• Provide skilled, goal-oriented physical therapy with ongoing assessment and plan adjustments.
• Document care per regulatory guidelines and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Master's or bachelor's level program in Physical Therapy
• BLS Certification
• Licensed Physical Therapist
• 1-2 years of Physical Therapy experience
