Job Description

• Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire
• Schedule: 3x12, Day & Night Shift, 7 PM - 7 AM

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and mental status
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals in the facility to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care
• Facilitate patient admissions and discharges, ensuring all protocols are followed, and necessary arrangements are made

Requirements

• Must have a valid Texas nursing license or compact nursing license
• Must have BLS and ACLS certifications
• At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
