A short-term acute care hospital near Harrison, AR is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join their team.

Job Description

• Set up and operate respiratory therapy equipment for patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
• Monitor patients, document progress, and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with providers
• Respond to emergency situations including Code Blue and Rapid Response calls
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care, therapies, and equipment use

Requirements

• Graduate of an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy program
• RRT or CRT; current Arkansas Respiratory License in good standing
• NBRC registration or eligibility as a recent graduate

Benefits

• Pay: $25 - $35/hour + 12% night shift differential
• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 - $20,000
• Full-Time 3x12 schedule
• Night Shift
