Job Description

• Offer consultative support and guidance to medical providers and staff as a member of the Integrated Behavioral Health team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding patient access to behavioral health services through brief, solution-focused interventions and by facilitating both internal and external referrals for specialized behavioral health care.

Requirements

• Must have a Master's Degree in Social Work
• Possesses a license to provide behavioral health interventions/counseling
• LMHCA License required, LMHC/LICSW preferred
