Job Description

• Coverage needed on 3/23, 4/3, 7/3, and 7/6
• Scheduled clinic hours only

Requirements

• Board certified
• Must be licensed in Florida
• ACLS certification
• Proficient in Upper Endoscopy (EGD), Colonoscopy, EGD/Colonoscopy, and Sigmoidoscopy

Assignment Details

• Surgeries performed at the facility include Cardiac, Complete Ortho, Complex Vascular, Head Spine, Neuro, OB, Pediatric, Regional, and Thoracic
• EMR: Cerner
• Support staff includes 5 RNs
• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 30 days
