Join our team for a full-time radiology locums position in Iowa, with coverage starting December 22 and ongoing through June 2026. This role offers a great opportunity to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Job Description

• Coverage Dates: December 22 - December 26, 8 AM - 5 PM; December 29 - January 2, 8 AM - 5 PM; January - June, ongoing dates TBD
• Full-time: 20 shifts per month
• Clinic Days: Monday-Friday (weekdays only)
• Shift Length: 8 hours
• Patient Contact: 8 AM - 5 PM
• Clinic Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Requirements

• Board Certified
• Active Iowa License or Active IMLC LOQ
• Fellowship Trained (General Radiology with Mammography and Fluoroscopy)
• Clean Malpractice History

Practice Details

• Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Radiology + IR Department
• Number of Physicians: 1
• Nursing Support: 1:1 ratio
• Ancillary Staff: Multiple
• Exam Rooms per Provider: 3
• Teaching Opportunity: Yes
• EMR: Powerscribe / Cerner

Responsibilities

• Interpret imaging studies (X-ray, MRI, CT, Nuclear Med, Ultrasound)
• Perform interventional procedures using imaging guidance
• Communicate findings to healthcare team
• Recommend testing for diagnosis and treatment
