This position offers a flexible schedule of 3 to 5 days per week, with an ideal structure of 3 highly productive clinic days complemented by some administrative or remote support time.

Job Description

• Coverage type: Maternity leave coverage
• Target patient load of 25 patients per day, with a mix of approximately 90% adult and 10% pediatric (elementary and middle school age; no infants)
• Support staff includes 1 to 2 medical assistants available
• Onboarding involves credential verification and system setup
• Orientation may pair the provider with another clinician initially
• Board eligible or board certified candidates accepted
