OB Laborist Physician

Our client in Louisiana is seeking OB Hospitalists to support ongoing coverage needs, with a primary focus on night and weekend shifts.

Job Description

• Active LA License or IMLC
• 12 hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a) with select 24 hour options
• Needing coverage mainly on night and weekend shifts
• In-house coverage with 2 physicians per shift
• Around 2,500 deliveries per year
• Collaborative environment with CNMs, NPs, and pediatric hospitalist
• EMR: Epic
• Must handle GYN cases through the ED
• On site ORs scheduled for emergent cases
