• MD oversight for both clinic and infusion services.

• Clinic duties include diagnosis, staging, symptom management, and treatment.

• Infusion center duties include chemotherapy, immunotherapy, blood/platelet transfusions, hormone therapy, antibiotic therapy, rheumatoid arthritis injections, and therapeutic phlebotomies.

• EMR: iKnowmed (Clinic) and Cerner (Infusion).

• Midlevel provider to help with patient flow, orders, etc.

• Support staff includes 11 RNs (1 clinic and 10 infusion) and 2 MAs.

• Average patients per day: 15-20.

• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days.

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible.

• Fellowship required.

• Must be licensed in California.

• ACLS and DEA certification required.
