Job Description

• 9/15-9/22 weekday clinic + weekend call
• 9/22-9/26 weekday clinic
• 10/13-10/20 weekday clinic + weekend call
• 10/20-10/24 weekday clinic
• 11/10-11/17 weekday clinic + weekend call
• 11/17-11/21 weekday clinic
• 12/8-12/15 weekday clinic + weekend call
• 12/15-12/19 weekday clinic
• 90% Hematology, 10% Oncology
• Monday-Friday, 8-hour clinic days with night call
• Onc consults in hospital as needed

Requirements

• Board Certified in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology
• Active Indiana license or IMLC
• BLS, DEA
• EPIC required
