Job Description

• Starting as soon as credentialing is complete
• 4-5 days per week, outpatient clinic, 8am-4:30pm
• Monday-Thursday, Tuesday-Friday, or Monday-Friday
• Oncology and a significant number of Hematology patients
• Approximately 18-22 patients per day including new consults
• Double Boarded in Oncology and Hematology
• Experience with EPIC
• Open to licensing for Kentucky
• Credentialing takes 30-45 days or less
