Adult Outpatient Onsite Psychiatrist

Join our team as an Adult Outpatient Onsite Psychiatrist in coastal Southern California, starting ASAP. This position offers the opportunity to work with seriously mentally ill patients, many of whom also have substance use disorders.

Job Description

• Provide adult outpatient coverage for 40 hours a week starting ASAP and ongoing
• Conduct initial evaluations lasting 90 minutes and medication follow-ups lasting 30 minutes
• Work hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday
• No call responsibilities
• Utilize an electronic medical record system; must be computer savvy
• Credentialing takes about 4-6 weeks
• Client requires a minimum assignment of 6 months
