Join our team for a Urology Physician locums position in Indiana, providing coverage from December 22, 2025, to January 3, 2026. This assignment includes scheduled clinical hours plus call coverage.
Job Description
- Coverage needed from December 22, 2025 (7 am) to January 3, 2026 (7 am) for scheduled clinical hours plus call
- 24-hour call coverage beginning at 7 am
- Call response time: 20 minutes
- Admissions required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Licensed in Indiana
- Fellowship required
- ATLS, BLS certifications
- Requires PCF enrollment
- Required skills: general urology (adult, pediatric, neonate preferred), advanced endoscopic techniques, laparoscopic surgeries, percutaneous nephrolithotomy, ureteroscopy, radical cystectomy with ileo-loop conduit, radical prostatectomy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, pelvic node dissection, robotic surgery (preferred), partial nephrectomies/intraoperative ultrasound, adrenalectomy, renal and bladder ultrasound (with biopsy), TRUS biopsies, fertility work-up, incontinence procedures, extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL), advanced pediatric surgery
Assignment Details
- EMR: Cerner
- Hospital is stroke certified
- Temporary privileges available; credentialing takes 60 days
- 250 beds in the department
- Trauma level: 3
- Support staff: 1 RN, 1 MA, 2 office staff
- Provider will not be required to supervise APP or residents
