This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of oncology through a robust focus on Phase 1 & 2 clinical trials.
Job Description
- Oncology position with the ability to subspecialize exclusively in one to two organ sites or the ability to practice broad community-style practice if preferred.
- A dedicated Malignant Hematology program is currently being developed as a separate service line. Experienced hematologists are encouraged to express interest and help shape its future.
- Become a key contributor to Phase 1 & 2 clinical trials - dedicated research time is available.
- Optional academic faculty appointment, access to basic science lab, and grants partnering with the University of Illinois system - the largest medical school system in the US.
- New $250 million, state-of-the-art cancer center with EPIC EMR.
- Salary ranges from $600K - $650K + generous sign-on + clinical trial stipends.
- Reasonable patient volumes with the autonomy to build the practice you want - 4 clinic days per week.
