Job Description

• Comprehensive practice with mentorship available
• Outpatient focused with 1 scheduled surgery OR day
• 4-day work week available
• Join a team of 3 physicians and 2 ODs committed to delivering a high level of care

Compensation Details

• Earning potential is $800,000+, guaranteed base salary plus production bonus
• $50,000 credit towards practice buy-in
• 1-2 year partnership track, buy into the practice, real estate, and ASC
• Full benefits, plus 401K plan and profit sharing plan, malpractice coverage, plus tail is included. CME allowance and PTO
• Sign-on bonus is negotiable plus paid relocation up to $10,000
