Job Description

• Provide first assist support during cardiovascular and other surgical procedures
• Prepare the operating room with necessary instruments and supplies
• Maintain sterile field and anticipate the surgeon's needs throughout cases
• Assist with patient positioning, hemostasis, suturing, and wound closure
• Collaborate closely with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
