• Ensure quality and compliance with relevant policies and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business Administration, or related advanced degree in health-related field preferred
• Must be a registered nurse (RN)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare leadership experience
• Must have leadership/management experience with direct reports
• Must have current acute care experience
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state of Texas or a multistate license
• BLS certification upon hire
