Histology Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise and perform routine and special stain procedures
• Oversee workflow, quality control, and equipment maintenance
• Troubleshoot processing and staining issues
• Champion safety and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced lab

Requirements

• Completion of a CAHEA/NAACLS-accredited Histotechnology program
• ASCP (HT) certification required
• 1+ year of histology or high-complexity testing experience (2+ years preferred)
• Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills
