We are seeking a dedicated and experienced NICU Advanced Practitioner to join our team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional care to neonatal patients and their families.

Job Description

• Provide direct patient care in the NICU under the supervision of physicians
• Assess, diagnose, and treat neonatal patients
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and their families on neonatal care and treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans

Requirements

• Active Advanced Practice Provider license in Pennsylvania (or willing to get)
• Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Neonatal Physician Assistant
• Prior experience working in a NICU setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
