Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Outpatient Neurosurgery

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient neurosurgery team in Winterville, NC.

Job Description

• Provide outpatient care to neurosurgery patients under the supervision of a physician
• Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and perform procedures as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and their families on neurosurgical conditions and treatment options
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Current NP or PA license in the state of North Carolina (or willing to acquire)
• Experience in neurosurgery or a related field is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
