Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Acute, Cardiac Surgery

We are currently seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in providing acute cardiac surgery care at our facility in Delray Beach, Florida.

Job Description

• Assess and manage patients in the cardiac surgery unit
• Collaborate with the surgical team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Participate in rounds, consultations, and patient follow-up

Requirements

• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification in the state of Florida (or willing to get)
• Prior experience in acute care or cardiac surgery
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.
