Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Rehabilitation Services team. This is a full-time, day shift position where you'll play a vital role in helping patients regain function, improve mobility, and live life to their fullest potential.

Job Description

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs as prescribed by physicians
• Administer physical therapy modalities to restore function and prevent disability
• Support patients in reaching their maximum performance within their capabilities
• Coordinate and supervise supportive staff (PTA, aides, etc.)
• Document care accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in quality improvement, safety, and departmental initiatives

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (required)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• CPR certification (or obtained during orientation)
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• Steady work history with reliable attendance
