OB/GYN Physician

TPMG is recruiting for an OB/GYN (Clinic/OB) physician to join our team in Clovis, CA.

Job Description

• Manage Cesarean Sections, Vaginal Deliveries, and External Cephalic Versions
• Care for inpatient GYN services and handle emergency department consultations
• Provide postpartum care, particularly for high-risk and complex patients
• Support service recovery for birth trauma or unexpected outcomes
• Collaborate with the Assistant Nursing Manager on the induction list and ensure patient safety
• Lead initiatives focused on Quality, Safety, and Performance
• Facilitate debrief sessions for challenging cases
• Scheduling includes 8 -12, 24-hour shifts based on departmental needs, with additional coverage for department needs, with FTE options from 0.8 to 1.0

Requirements

• Board Certification or Eligibility
• Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice in CA

Compensation Information

Full-time annual salary range is $350,040 to $370,020 plus additional potential incentives up to $60,090. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
