Job Description

• The Department of Pediatric Specialties at the Kaiser Permanente Oakland Medical Center is seeking a Per Diem Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our team.
• Responsibilities include care for pediatric endocrinology patients in both the inpatient and outpatient settings starting as early as Spring of 2025.
• Our Oakland Medical Center serves as a Regional Tertiary care center and includes a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, a Pediatric Ward, and a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit staffed 24/7 by Pediatric Hospitalists and Pediatric Critical Care/Intensivists.
• The center also includes a robust pediatric subspecialty department with specialists in various fields, including Cardiology, Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics, Endocrinology, and more.
• All physicians equally share inpatient duties and provide care at our Oakland outpatient clinic and satellite clinics located in Hayward, Walnut Creek, Vallejo, Santa Rosa, and San Francisco.

Requirements

• Board Certification or Eligibility in Pediatric Endocrinology
• Must be eligible to obtain a California medical license or be currently licensed to practice within California

Compensation Information

Pediatrics Endocrinology Per Diem Hourly Range: $141 - $145
