The Home Option by Kindred at Home is offering an opportunity for Licensed Practical Nurses to provide one-on-one in-home care to patients covered under the Department of Labor Workers' Compensation Program (EEOICP). Shifts available days, nights, and weekends, depending on specific needs.

Job Description

• Assess client's health and safety
• Administer medications
• Ensure proper nutrition and hygiene
• Coordinate changes in care needs to Case Manager

Requirements

• Current LPN license required
• Dependable transportation is essential
• Must be able to work independently
• Current TB screen
• Current CPR certification
