Job Description

• Hospital-employed position
• Outpatient-focused interventional pain practice
• Established referral base from primary care, orthopedics, neurology, and surgery

• New C-arm fluoroscopy system

Scope of Practice

• Interventional procedures include:
  • Epidural steroid injections
  • Facet and medial branch blocks
  • Radiofrequency ablation (RFA)
