Job Description

• Earning potential: $250,000+ annually
• Ownership from day one: Immediate path to partnership or ownership
• Strong financials and an established patient base: More than 8,000 active patients and steady new patient flow
• Team leadership: Work with a dedicated team including 3 full-time hygienists, experienced assistants, and long-term front office support
• Modern facility: 8 fully equipped operatories and digital systems throughout
• Full-time schedule: 4-5 days per week
• Payor mix: Primarily PPO

Requirements
