Job Description

• Provide primary care services in an outpatient facility
• Work part-time or full-time with flexible scheduling options
• Shift work includes days and PRN, with a commitment of 1 day per week and up to 40 hours per week

Requirements

• MT Medical License
• BLS certification
• Board Certification
• ACLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
