Job Description

• Location: Colonial Heights, Virginia
• Practice Setting: Primary Care (FM/IM Both Accepted)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (Standard business hours)
• Call: None
• Patient Volume: 22 patients/day
• EMR: Epic
• Exam Rooms: 3 assigned (total of 10 in practice)
• Support: 1 mid-level provider
• No other physicians on site during this time
• No OB patients

Scope of Practice

• Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric, Pediatric
• General Outpatient Care
• Required Procedures:
  • Pelvic exams & Pap smears
  • Suturing minor lacerations
  • Incision & drainage (I&D)
• No ICU/CCU coverage
• No in-house codes, ED backup, or provider supervision required
• On-site services: Radiology, Laboratory
• Emergency supplies: Defibrillator, airway support

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (Required)
• Active Virginia Medical License (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
